About Hopkins Online Services
We have a simple attitude: listen to what you want, and work out the best way to deliver it to you. Nothing else needs get in the way. You probably don't want to, or need to, know the technical details of what and how and why, so let us worry about that.
Where did we come from?
Founded by David Hopkins in 2003, Hopkins Online is based in Bournemouth and serves clients in Dorset and across the UK (we've even got as far as Australia!). We have successfully delivered unique website solutions since 2003, but our experience extends all the way back to 1998 when we started teaching ourselves Internet technologies - and we keep learning new skills. All the better to serve you.
Is bigger better?
No, not like that! We're proud that our team is small, it helps keeps the costs down. We work with a small team of developers and graphic designers to compliment our designs (if they're needed) to ensure the best possible quality and service to your business.
We don't have a need for managers either (who does?), we're clever enough to manage ourselves.
Who do we talk to?
In a word, you talk to us. From the initial contact to delivery of your project, you talk to and deal with the same person. This way there is nothing lost in translation from 'sales' to 'designer' and back again.
How much do you charge?
Quite often the most important question you'll want answered, and one we'll not shy away from. All our work is individual to each client, and therefore unique in structure, delivery, and timescale. From our first talk we'll work out what it is you want and give you a detailed breakdown of what the costs are. If you have a predefined budget to work to then we'll make sure we can do the best for you, and still come in under budget!
Can you help us?
No idea, we don't know what you want ... yet! More than likely yes we can (we would say that, wouldn't we). If you would like a chat to find out what a website can do for your company, or a free no obligation quote, then please contact us and we'll get back to you. |
